Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia serve not only as the backbone of the national economy but also as a driver of local welfare. Bluru Kidul Village in Sidoarjo Regency stands out as a dynamic MSME hub, yet many entrepreneurs still struggle with limited entrepreneurial skills and insufficient technological adoption. This raises the question of how entrepreneurship training and innovation adaptation contribute to improving their welfare. Employing a quantitative approach through multiple linear regression analysis, this study examines the relationship between these factors and welfare indicators among MSME actors. The findings reveal that continuous training and relevant technological adoption play a positive role in enhancing income, operational efficiency, and household well-being. Beyond its theoretical contribution to development economics, the study also provides empirical insights for local governments and related institutions in designing MSME empowerment programs that are more adaptive and sustainable.
