Abstract
The covid-19 pandemic provides variations to various community groups, and the assistance student is no exception. Various attempts have been made by the government to stop the spread. One of them is through public service announcements. the authors are interested in conducting research on the perceptions of overseas students who are studying in the city of Surabaya to advertise the prohibition of going home on Twitter @kemenkesRI twitter account. The method used is descriptive qualitative which is agreed upon in describing, describing how students' perceptions about public service announcements "Prohibition of going home". The results of research that prove students' perceptions about formation, interpretation, and reaction. Types of student perceptions vary according to their experience and knowledge. Because this does not all use English as a supported language.
