Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of life expectancy, education, economic growth, and unemployment on the poverty rate in Probolinggo Regency. The research employs a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis, with secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The results show that education has a significant effect on poverty. In contrast, life expectancy, economic growth, and unemployment do not have a statistically significant impact on poverty levels. These findings suggest that improving the quality of education is a key factor in efforts to reduce poverty in Probolinggo Regency. This research is expected to serve as a reference for local governments in formulating more targeted and sustainable development policies.
