Abstract

Agricultural training is very important because the number of government extension workers is decreasing and young people's interest in agriculture is low. Through training, farmers can improve their skills, knowledge, and expertise. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of vegetable processing training at the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) using the Kirkpatrick method, which covers four levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and results. The study sample included 30 participants and 1 facilitator. The results showed high levels of satisfaction with the material, methods, and instructors; significant improvements in knowledge and skills through pre- and post-tests; positive changes in the application of knowledge in the field; and tangible impacts in the form of increased productivity and improved management of participants' farming businesses.
