Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of firm size, leverage, and liquidity on financial distress in health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021 2023 period. Financial distress is a critical condition that threatens a company's operational continuity if not addressed promptly. This research applies a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual financial reports. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with classical assumption testing. The findings indicate that firm size, leverage, and liquidity significantly affect financial distress. These results highlight the importance of sound financial management in maintaining business sustainability amid the challenges in the healthcare sector.
