Abstract
White Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is one type of consumption mushroom that is widely cultivated in Indonesia because it has high economic value, good nutritional content and increasing market demand. This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of planting media and the concentration of kepok banana peel liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of white oyster mushrooms. This research was conducted from January to April 2025. The research was conducted in Bobosan Hamlet, Kemiri Village, Kandangan District, Kediri Regency, East Java Province. The geographical location is at an altitude of 16-30 meters above sea level. This research used a completely randomized design (CRD) with two treatments, namely planting media (100% sawdust; sawdust + rice husk 75%:25%; sawdust + rice husk 50%:50%; and sawdust + rice husk 25%:75%) and concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) kepok banana peel (0 ml/L; 100 ml/L; 150 ml/L; 200 ml/L). The results of this study showed that the combination of 50%:50% sawdust + rice husk planting media and 200 ml/L concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) kepok banana peel concentration gave superior results compared to other treatments.
