Abstract
This study aims to test empirically the effect of the system Taxation, discrimination, tax information on taxpayer perceptions personal about the Ethics of Tax Evasion. The object of this research was conducted at KPP Pratama Madiun located on Jalan Mayor Jend. In Panjaitan No. 4, Pandean, Kec. Park, Madiun City, Java East 63131. the research method used is a quantitative method with Primary data obtained from questionnaire data measured by the Likert scale. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Madiun with 100 respondents personal taxpayer. The sample used is Simple Random Sampling. This research data was collected using an online questionnaire with use the Google Form platform, then processed using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study state that tax system variables (X1) Influencing Ethics of Tax Evasion, Discrimination Variables (X2) Influential against Tax Evasion Ethics, tax information variables (X3) have no effect against the Ethics of Tax Evasion at KPP Pratama Madiun.
