Abstract

Dolo Kediri Waterfall is one of the natural tourism spots that continuously strives to maintain its appeal through marketing strategies focused on visitor experiences. One of the indirectly used approaches is Experiential Marketing, which is a marketing strategy that involves the senses, feelings, thoughts, actions, and social relationships. This research aims to test the influence of Experiential Marketing on tourists' intention to revisit Dolo Kediri Waterfall. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The research results indicate that the sense dimension has a positive and significant effect on tourists' interest in revisiting. Meanwhile, the feel, think, and act dimensions showed a significant negative effect. On the other hand, the relate dimension does not have a significant effect. These findings suggest that not all dimensions of Experiential Marketing can drive tourists' intentions to return. Therefore, tourism managers need to maintain effective dimensions, as well as evaluate and develop strategies for dimensions that are not yet optimal in creating memorable travel experiences. Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Revisit Intention, Dolo Waterfall Kediri.
