Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of communication networks, group dynamics, and agricultural policies on the capacity of corn farmers in Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. Sampling in this study used random sampling techniques, with a total sample of 100 corn farmers in Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. This study employs Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis using Smart-PLS software version 4.0. The results indicate that the variables of communication networks, group dynamics, and agricultural policies have a significant influence on farmers' capacity. Recommendations for actions that farmers can take in the corn agribusiness in Solokuro Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency include: based on communication networks, efforts can be made to strengthen literacy and access to information through digital technology to overcome information accessibility challenges. Based on group dynamics, efforts can be made to revitalize the role of farmer groups through structured activities and active leadership. Finally, efforts that can be undertaken by the government include expanding access to targeted agricultural assistance and credit. Local governments and agricultural agencies can expand outreach and technical assistance related to access to KUR (People's Business Credit) and production assistance programs to make them easier for farmers to understand and access.
