Abstract

Indonesia's growing economy has encouraged companies to continuously innovate and compete in creating products and services. This has led to a rising demand for high-quality human resources. As a result, university graduates are required not only to have strong educational backgrounds but also relevant skills to compete in the job market. The "Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka" (MBKM) program, initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture, aims to enhance students' competencies—both soft and hard skills—through various activities, one of which is a certified internship. This program allows students to apply their academic knowledge to real-world problems in professional environments. PT Cipta Oggi Furindo, a growing furniture company based in Surabaya and Mojokerto, is one of the companies supporting this initiative. The internship program not only provides students with valuable work experience but also strengthens collaboration between universities and industry, potentially increasing students' chances of employment after graduation.
