Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) is a state-owned company responsible for electricity supply in Indonesia. Its Main Development Unit (UIP) is a key division focused on planning, developing, and constructing electricity infrastructure in specific regions. To facilitate infrastructure development, particularly in the UIP of East Java and Bali (JBTB), a detailed Budget Plan (RAB) is required. The RAB creation process is currently manual, so PT PLN UIP JBTB plans to develop a web-based application to simplify the RAB design process. This internship identified a key problem formulation: designing a RAB application that meets the specific needs of PLN UIP JBTB using the Django Python framework. The primary objective of this research is to design a web platform that simplifies the RAB design and management process. The Django Python framework is also applied to ensure the application has a user-friendly user interface (GUI). The development of this web-based application is expected to improve efficiency and accuracy in RAB creation and contribute to the development of information technology applications in industrial sectors such as PLN.
