Abstract
Archives are one of the important aspects in an organization, especially government agencies. With a lot and variety of data stored, of course, archive management needs to be done in a structured manner, one of which is by implementing information technology in it. The East Java Provincial Highway Public Works Office is one of the implementing agencies for the construction of roads and bridges in East Java Province that requires a structured system to manage the recording of archives that are always formed each construction period. The Field Work Practice (PKL) carried out aims to design and build a Website-Based Archive Recording and Management System of the East Java Provincial Highway Public Works Office (SIARDU) using PHP Native. This is done to make archive management more structured and overcome problems that occur in the archive management process itself. By designing and building this system, it is hoped that it can contribute to the implementation of the archive system at the East Java Provincial Public Works Office in the future and be able to improve the abilities possessed by the author as a system developer.
