Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, love of money, self control, and financial planning on financial management among early career women in Surabaya. Early career women are individuals at the initial stage of their professional careers, where financial management skills are crucial in navigating urban lifestyle challenges and financial demands. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires. The sampling a technique used was accidental sampling, with a total of 150 respondents who are early career women working in Surabaya. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4.0 software.
