Abstract
Flat tires during a journey are a common issue frequently experienced by drivers, especially when they are in unfamiliar areas. Although digital map applications such as Google Maps are widely used, information regarding tire repair services remains very limited. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) capable of mapping tire repair locations in real time, with additional features such as operating hours, service types, and provider contact information. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and the Waterfall software development method, which consists of stages including communication, planning, design, development, and implementation. Integration of GPS, the Dijkstra algorithm, and geofencing technology is employed to determine the fastest route and detect the user's presence within the service radius. Testing using the Black Box method shows that the system functions as intended. This system not only facilitates drivers in finding emergency repair services but also supports the digitalization of local tire repair businesses, helping them gain broader recognition through an online platform.
