Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of firm size and firm growth on firm value with financial performance as a mediating variable. This research applies a quantitative method using secondary data in the form of annual financial statements obtained from official sources. The population in this study includes mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019 2023 period, totaling 81 companies, with a final sample of 15 companies. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that both firm size and firm growth have a significant effect on firm value. Additionally, firm size significantly affects firm value through financial performance, and firm growth also significantly affects firm value through financial performance. These findings indicate that financial performance plays a mediating role in strengthening the relationship between firm size and growth toward firm value.
