Abstract
This study aims to examine whether the effective implementation of risk management and intangible asset management, such as intellectual capital, in creating competitive advantage and added value for companies can increase company value. This research uses quantitative research. The population used in this study was 47 companies in the banking subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2023. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study employed multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that Enterprise Risk Management had a positive effect on firm value. Conversely, intellectual capital had no effect on firm value. These findings indicate that ERM can be a factor in increasing company value and that investors also consider other factors when assessing a company's prospects.
