Abstract
This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Attitude, and Financial Technology on the Financial Management Technology of MSMEs. This study employed a quantitative descriptive approach, with primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population comprised all 300 members of the Indonesian Women's Association (IWAPI). Random sampling was used, with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 75 respondents. Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used for data analysis, supported by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results demonstrate that Financial Literacy and Financial Attitude significantly influence the Financial Management Behavior of MSMEs, while Financial Technology does not significantly influence the Financial Management Behavior of MSMEs, particularly IWAPI members.
