Abstract

Company S faces various challenges in its procurement process, including delays in equipment delivery, mismatches in product specifications leading to returns, and cost overruns that negatively impact profitability. Thus far, the supplier evaluation system has focused solely on economic aspects without considering sustainability. This study aims to design a sustainability-based supplier evaluation system using the DEMATEL-ANP-VIKOR method. Three main dimensions are employed: economic, social, and environmental. The ANP results indicate that the economic criterion holds the highest weight (0.648), followed by social (0.252) and environmental (0.099) criteria. The ranking of alternatives using the VIKOR method (v = 0.5) reveals that Supplier 3 is the best option with a Q value of 0.000. This system offers a structured and objective approach to selecting suppliers who are not only operationally efficient but also aligned with the company’s sustainability strategy in accordance with the SDGs.
