Abstract
This internship report is based on the MBKM internship program conducted at the construction project of the South Coastal Road (JLS) Lot 3, located between Pantai Serang and Sumbersih in Panggungrejo District, Blitar Regency, East Java. The project is part of a national strategic initiative aimed at improving interregional connectivity and supporting local economic growth and tourism development. This internship provided students with hands-on experience in understanding various aspects of construction, including heavy equipment management, project administration, technical planning, occupational health and safety (OHS), and environmental management. During the internship, students also observed soil improvement methods, the implementation of bored pile foundations, and blasting operations used in the project. Through direct field involvement, students gained valuable practical insights into the implementation of large-scale construction projects.
