Abstract

BPDAS Brantas Sampean is an agency that plays a role in seedling management and the implementation of a free seedling distribution program to the community to support reforestation and land restoration in parts of East Java. Currently, the implementation of this program is still done manually and is not integrated, leading to a lack of transparency in seed availability data and a decentralized application process. This makes it difficult for the applicant to obtain information, as well as complicates record-keeping and reporting. To address these issues, the Free Seedling Request Information System (Si B-Tis) was developed as a website-based system using the CodeIgniter framework. The system was built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and includes features such as seedling request submissions, information on available seedlings, monitoring of request status, and report generation. Testing was conducted using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methods. The Blackbox Testing results showed that all features functioned properly. The UAT results yielded a score of 91,55%, indicating that the system meets user needs and expectations.
