Abstract
The objective of this study is to identify and examine the influence of capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and company growth on the firm value of construction service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019–2023. This study also aims to provide insights and understanding regarding the factors that affect firm value in construction service companies. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study consists of construction service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a sample of 7 companies over 5 years of observation. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the annual reports of the construction service companies. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis tool. The results of the study show that capital structure and liquidity have an effect on firm value. Meanwhile, profitability and company growth do not have an effect on firm value.
