Abstract
ChatGPT bilang: The historical development of the Center for Human Resources Development for Oil and Gas (PPSDM Migas) has undergone several name changes since the discovery of oil in Cepu up to the present day. In its early establishment around the 19th century, the site was known as DPM (Dordische Petroleum Maatschappij). Over time, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2016, which was enacted on May 24, 2016, regarding the organization and work procedures of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the institution was renamed the Center for Human Resources Development for Oil and Gas (PPSDM Migas).
