Abstract

This report discusses the website development project using Agile methodology for effective data integration at the Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Population (DP3AK) of East Java Province. The project aims to build a centralized digital platform, enabling easy and efficient access to internal data for all department employees. The website development began with a needs analysis to understand the various types of data managed by DP3AK. This data includes information on women's empowerment, child protection, and population, which were previously scattered across different sources and formats. By using the Agile methodology, the project is designed to quickly adapt to changes and new requirements that may arise during the development process. Throughout the development process, regular meetings were held to evaluate progress and discuss the challenges faced. This iterative approach allows the team to address emerging issues and correct errors before they escalate into bigger problems. Additionally, feedback from end-users is integrated into each iteration, ensuring that the website being built truly meets DP3AK's needs. The website is built with Node.js for the backend, enabling fast and responsive development. Integration with relational databases allows for flexible and efficient data management. The result of this project is a website that not only enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of DP3AK employees' work but also provides a valuable tool for monitoring and evaluating the department's programs. This website allows employees to access data in real-time, which is crucial for decision-making processes. Overall, the website development project using Agile methodology at DP3AK of East Java Province represents a significant step forward in improving the department's performance and efficiency. Through a structured and adaptive approach, this project successfully creates a technological solution that meets the department's needs while ensuring that employees have the tools and knowledge required to optimally utilize the solution. The result is a system that is not only efficient and effective but also capable of quickly adapting to future changes and needs.
