Abstract
The objective of this study is to examine the impact of financial literacy, financial behavior, and creative personality on the financial management of case studies in the creative industry in Magetan Regency. The present study employs quantitative methodologies, drawing upon primary data sets. The population under study is the bamboo woven craft industry in Ringinagung Village, Magetan Regency. The sampling technique employed in this study utilizes probability precisely simple random sampling, thereby yielding 71 samples through the application of the Slovin formula. The analysis technique and hypothesis testing in this study employed Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS. The findings of this study suggest that financial literacy, financial behavior, and creative personality exert a positive and significant influence on financial management in the creative industry in Magetan.
