Abstract
This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of transparency, accountability, and community participation on the management of village fund allocation in Padangan Sub-district, Bojonegoro Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study is primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to village officials. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that transparency and community participation have a significant influence on the management of village fund allocation, whereas accountability does not have a significant influence on the management of village fund allocation in Padangan Sub-district, Bojonegoro Regency.
