Abstract

Efficient inventory management plays a vital role in ensuring the availability of medicines and supporting the continuity of healthcare services, particularly at Klinik Pratama dr. Vitis Grogol, Kediri Regency. Currently, the clinic still relies on manual record-keeping for managing its medicine inventory, leading to issues such as inaccurate purchase quantities, overstock or stock shortages, and inconsistent demand patterns. This study implements the Least Square method to forecast medicine demand based on one year of historical sales data, and the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to determine the optimal order quantity. Calculations also include safety stock and reorder point to address demand uncertainty. The results are integrated into a Pharmacy Information System (SIA), creating a more accurate and efficient inventory management system. This approach enables more reliable stock control and ensures that medicines are available in line with patient needs.
