Abstract
Indonesia is holding simultaneous regional elections on November 27, 2024. Before the elections are conducted, the Constitutional Court (MK) issued two decisions, namely No. 60/PUU-XXII/2024 regarding the threshold for regional head nominations in the elections and No. 70/PUU-XXII/2024 concerning the age requirements for regional head candidates, which were issued on August 20, 2024. One day after the decisions were issued, the Parliament convened a working meeting intending to revise the articles that had been decided by the MK. This study aims to understand the status and existence of the MK's decisions within the Regional Election Bill. The method used in this research is normative juridical with literature study as the data collection method. The outcome indicates that the annulment of the revision of Law No. 10 of 2016 by the Parliament shows that the MK's decisions are still being considered.The accommodation of the Constitutional Court's decision No. 60/PUU-XXII/2024 and No. 70/PUU-XXII/2024 in the PKPU No. 10 of 2024 further clarifies the position and existence of the Constitutional Court's decision in the Regional Election Bill.
