Abstract
Central Java Province is one of the strategic regions with significant economic dynamics in Jawa. In an effort to understand the factors that influence regional economic growth, this study analyzes the effect of Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), Average Years of Schooling (RLS), and Household Consumption (KRT) on economic growth in Central Java Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods, as well as classical assumption testing to test the validity of the model. The results showed that TPAK has no significant effect on economic growth, which indicates that the existence of the labor force has not been fully absorbed in productive economic activities. Meanwhile, RLS has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, reflecting that education has an important role in improving the quality of human resources. KRT also has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, indicating that aspect of household consumption also support the economic stability of the community in Central Java Province.
