Abstract

This report presents the results of an internship entitled "Designing a 2023 MSME Training Proposal in Surabaya City". The purpose of this internship is to design a training proposal that can increase the capacity and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Surabaya City. The methods used in designing this proposal include needs analysis, data collection through surveys and interviews with MSME actors, and literature studies on effective training. The results of this study indicate that training focused on digital marketing, financial management, and product development is greatly needed by MSME actors. The resulting proposal is expected to be a reference for the government and related institutions in organizing targeted training programs. With this training, it is hoped that MSMEs in Surabaya City can develop and contribute more to the regional economy. Keywords: MSMEs, training, proposal, Surabaya, capacity development.
