Abstract
CV. Restu Yesmaju is a manufacturing company in the cigarette industry. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the implementation of the cost of production used by the company, how the company allocates production costs and how the company's profit when using the calculation method. This type of research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach and an interpretive paradigm. Data collection techniques are done using interviews, documentation, observation and study of literature. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the calculation of the cost of production where the calculation by the company is smaller than the calculation using the full costing method. This difference arises because of the lack of precise allocation of costs, especially in the element of direct labor costs and factory overhead.
