Abstract
The Mobile JKN application is a digital service provided by BPJS Kesehatan to facilitate the public in accessing information and managing membership administration independently. In this thesis, the success of Mobile JKN application usage is evaluated through six main variables based on the DeLone and McLean model: system quality, information quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. This study aims to evaluate the success of the Mobile JKN application in enhancing user satisfaction using the DeLone and McLean model. A quantitative approach is applied with the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The minimum number of respondents is determined using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 384 participants; however, this thesis involves 400 respondents selected through purposive sampling, with the criteria being active users who regularly use the latest version of the Mobile JKN application. All data are analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that system quality and information quality have a significant effect on user satisfaction and intention to use. Additionally, user satisfaction is proven to have a significant influence on the perceived net benefits. These findings indicate that the success of the Mobile JKN application is more determined by technical aspects and direct user experience rather than the quality of service provided.
