Abstract

PT Long Rich Indonesia is an internationally branded manufacturing company operating in the footwear industry and producing various shoe brands. In 2024, the company experienced a decline in production performance on Line 7, which manufactures Brooks brand shoes. This resulted in the production target not being met and led to a production deviation of 10.10% for Brooks shoes. This study employs the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Traffic Light system, Fishbone diagram, and the 5W+1H approach. The criteria used as references include textile raw materials, labor, sewing machine working hours, electricity usage, and the defective product rate. The research findings indicate that October recorded the highest partial productivity level, with a productivity value of 852.7 and a productivity index of 103%. Conversely, June recorded the lowest partial productivity, with a productivity value of 89.7 and a productivity index of -55%. Improvement recommendations are provided across all productivity measurement criteria, as each ratio still shows suboptimal scores. The company can utilize this method to enhance partial productivity and to identify the causes of productivity decline during specific periods.
