Abstract

The value of a company reflects the company's success in managing its owned assets, which is helpful in attracting the interest of investors. The topic of sustainability is currently being widely discussed, especially among investors, because it indicates the company's ability to provide a positive impact on the environment and society. However, financial aspects also need to be considered when a company undertakes activities related to sustainability. Therefore, the researcher is interested in studying the influence of ESG disclosure, profitability, and liquidity on corporate value. This research focuses on energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023, adopting a quantitative research approach with secondary data obtained from the IDX website, Bloomberg Terminal, and each company. The technique used for sample selection in this study is purposive sampling, resulting in 12 company samples. The research data was processed using SPSS 26 with multiple linear regression methods. This study provides results where ESG disclosure does not contribute to company value, profitability contributes positively to company value, and liquidity does not contribute to company value.
