Abstract
This study aims to be able to analyze the influence of facilities and service quality on the satisfaction of BPJS Employment Branch Office Mojokerto participants. The type of research used is quantitative. By using quantitative descriptive research methods. Where this research aims to be able to describe the situation objectively using numbers. The population of this study is the active workforce in 2024 at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Mojokerto Branch Office, totaling 196,378 participants. And the sample in this study were 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that facilities partially have a significant effect on participant satisfaction, service quality partially has a significant effect on participant satisfaction and simultaneously facilities and service quality have a significant effect on participant satisfaction.
