Abstract
The increasing amount of textile waste and the low public awareness regarding clothing donation remain unresolved issues. Generation Z often discards clothing that is still in good condition, significantly contributing to the volume of textile waste. This internship focuses on the development of a second-hand clothing management website called "SecondChance" using Amazon Web Services (AWS) technology. Through this website, it is expected to raise public awareness and provide a more efficient and beneficial solution for managing used clothing. The "SecondChance" website offers a variety of key features designed to facilitate users in managing second-hand clothes, such as clothing donation services, drop point location information, and up-to-date articles and information. On the admin or website management dashboard, administrators can manage the donated clothing data, including donation status and distribution of clothes to those in need. Admins can also manage informational content and articles that will be displayed on the blog page. The implementation of AWS in the "SecondChance" website includes the use of AWS EC2 for hosting, which provides high flexibility and scalability without the need for additional physical infrastructure. In the context of developing the "SecondChance" website for second-hand clothing management, two main UML diagrams are used: the Use Case Diagram and the Class Diagram. The development of the website follows the Waterfall methodology, which includes stages such as analysis, design, implementation, testing, as well as operations and maintenance. The results of this internship show that the use of AWS technology not only simplifies website infrastructure management but also enhances the overall stability and performance of the website.
