Abstract
The beauty and skincare industry in Indonesia is increasingly competitive, along with the increasing consumer interest in quality skincare products. One of the brands that is in demand is Skintific, especially among urban communities such as Surabaya City. This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Quality, Brand Trust, and Customer Experience on Repurchase Intention of Skintific products. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study are Skintific product users who live in Surabaya City. The sample used was 100 respondents with non probability sampling technique and purposive sampling approach. Data collection was carried out through distributing online questionnaires. The results showed that Perceived Quality, Brand Trust, and Customer Experience simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. These findings indicate that perceived quality, brand trust, and positive consumer experience are important factors in encouraging repurchase intentions for Skintific products.
