Abstract
Manufacturing companies always carry out production planning on a regular basis so that the continuity of the production process can minimize the occurrence of defects. One of the companies that produce machines in Indonesia is PT. Stechoq Robotics Indonesia which produces innovative machines. Each machine created has it own innovations that support this machine for use in various industrial sectors. In this journal I will discuss the problems of PT. Stechoq Robotics Indonesia, namely the less optimal value of each component of the Arm Transfers engine. In my solution with the FMEA method, the dominant RPN > 25 results were obtained, so predictive maintenance was needed. Hopefully, by writing my journal, it can help PT. Stechoq Robotics Indonesia is than optimal performance of each component in the Arm Transfers Machine.
