Abstract

Human trafficking is an act that violates the freedom of human rights guidelines, because this criminal act openly commits acts that are considered to endanger society personally. Because of the many impacts that can be received, this criminal act must be prevented immediately. Apart from being considered dangerous, there are also things that can be said to be tormenting the people who are famous for this human trafficking case. In addition, transnational crimes that occur in the border area are still many cases that occur so that this action must be prevented. In this research focuses on how Bangladesh's efforts to prevent the rise of human traffic cases and transnational crimes and then cooperate with neighboring countries to prevent this. What by doing foreign cooperation with neighboring countries can help reduce the high level of human traffic cases that occur in the territory of Bangladesh. This study uses a qualitative method that aims to understand the reasons why this case is still rampant. To explain theoretically, this research uses transnational crime theory which explains that human trafficking is categorized as a type of crime. Trafficking is a form of crime that is committed within the territory of the state and is carried out by crossing the borders of a state. This research found that the involvement of organizations
