Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Experience and Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty for the OPPO Find X7 product in Surabaya. In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, understanding the factors that affect consumer loyalty is very important. The method used in this research is a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 110 respondents who are users of the OPPO Find X7. The data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The results of the study indicate that Brand Experience has a significant positive effect on Brand Loyalty. Additionally, Brand Trust also contributes positively to Brand Loyalty. These findings suggest that positive experiences experienced by consumers and the level of trust in the brand can enhance their loyalty to OPPO products.
