Abstract

rotium rolfsii is one of the most important diseases in peanut plants. Efforts to control this disease can be carried out by utilizing secondary metabolites of Streptomyces sp. The aim of this research was to determine the inhibitory effect osecondary metabolites of Streptomyces sp. against Sclerotium rolfsii. The research used a completely randomized design (CRD) on an in-vitro and in-vivo scale with treatment concentrations of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%. The results showed that there was an effect of treatment on the concentration of secondary metabolites of sp. on the growth of Sclerotium rolfsii on an in-vitro scale but on an in-vivo scale the application of treatment is not completely optimal. Application of 25% showed the best results in all parameters compared to other concentrations on the in-vitro and in-vivo scales.
