Abstract

This study aims to design and build a website-based information system with the Laravel Framework and the Agile method at Toko Kelontong Jali, an MSME engaged in retail. The current business process is still done manually, which results in inefficiency and is prone to errors. This system is able to automate and integrate stock processing, transaction recording, and real-time sales data analysis. The Agile method is used to facilitate the development of a system that is adaptive and responsive to changing user needs. This thesis also includes testing stages using the Blackbox Testing method to ensure all features function according to specifications. The test results show that the developed system has succeeded in increasing operational efficiency and facilitating transaction processing and stock of goods.
