Pra Rencana Pabrik Sodium Tripolyphosphate akan didirikan di daerah Kawasan Industri Djenu, Kabupaten Tuban. Jawa timur dengan pertimbangan lokasi pabrik yang strategis berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan dan keberhasilan produksi. Dari hasil perhitungan dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. Kapasitas produksi : 65.000 ton/tahun 2. Bahan yang digunakan : Asam Phosphate, Sodium Carbonate 3. Sistem operasi : Continue 4. Waktu operasi : 330 hari/tahun, 24 jam/hari 5. Jumlah karyawan : 157 Orang 6. Bentuk perusahaan : Perseroan Terbatas (PT) 7. Struktur organisasi : Garis dan Staff Analisa ekonomi 1. Masa konstruksi : 2 tahun 2. Umur Pabrik : 10 tahun 3. Modal Tetap (FCI) : Rp. 238.364.086.266 4. Modal Kerja (WCI) : Rp. 326.147.343.999 5. Investasi Total (TCI) : Rp. 564.511.430.264 6. Bunga Bank : 9,95% / tahun 7. Return on Investment (ROI) : 43% (sebelum pajak) dan 32,4% (setelah pajak) 8. Internal of Return (IRR) : 29,4% 9. Waktu pengembalian Modal (PBP) : 3 tahun 4 bulan 10. Break Even Point (BEP) : 31,12%
