Abstract

Shallots are a bulb plant which when examined based on its function as a flavoring for cooking this plant also has high economic value. Sukomoro District is a sub-district that contributes shallots spread across Nganjuk Regency, with a contribution of 45%. The production of shallots cultivated by farmers is experiencing a problem of declining shallot production so that farming needs to be improved to meet the needs of the community. shallot farmers in these locations face the problem of declining production every year, so they cannot meet theneeds of the market. Thetechnique applied forthe determination of thissample applies Purposive Sampling where the sample totals 94 farmers. The analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that factors X1 (land area), X2 (seeds), X3 (fertilizer), X4 (pesticides), X5 (labor), and X6 (lights) have a significant influence on the production and income of shallots in Sukomoro District, Nganjuk Regency.
