Abstract

In general, human nature is to be attracted to the opposite sex. Where men and women will be attracted to each other and have the goal of marriage to create a happy and eternal family, as well as to go to marriage to create a happy and eternal family, as well as to obey the commandments of God Almighty. However, often in marriage there are disputes and disputes lead to divorce. Divorce not only impact on the relationship between husband and wife but also has an impact on children, especially in the obligations of parents in fulfilling their rights. especially in the obligation of parents to fulfill their alimony rights in the form of maintenance. This research utilizes the Juridical-Normative research method to examine the problems in accordance with applicable legislation. Where in settlement of problems regarding the provision of alimony rights to children after divorce is regulated in Law Number 1 of the Year divorce is regulated in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, However, the existing problems do not fulfill the alimony rights by the father.
