Abstract
The rapid development of information technology since the 21st century has affected various sectors, including e-commerce. One of the rapidly growing companies is Traveloka, a digital platform that provides ticketing, hotel, and other travel booking services. Traveloka has been widely recognized in Indonesia and several countries in Southeast Asia as a competitive online travel and accommodation service provider. With the increasing competition, the quality of usability, information, and services on the website is an important factor in determining user satisfaction. This research aims to evaluate the quality of Traveloka's website using the WebQual 4.0 method, which measures three main variables: Usability Quality, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. The focus of this research is on user perceptions of the influence of each variable on user satisfaction. The sample was 400 respondents with a questionnaire using an online platform. The results of hypothesis testing show that the Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality variables have a significant effect on User Satisfaction, while the Usability Quality variable has an insignificant effect on User Satisfaction. And the Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality variables are the main factors that drive user satisfaction of the Traveloka.com website. then the most influential relationship in the success of the Traveloka.com website using Webqual 4.0, namely Information Quality to User Satisfaction with an original sample value of 0.586.
