Abstract

This study aims to formulate a tourism development plan for Gondang Outbound Educational Tourism (WEGO), Lamongan Regency, which currently lacks concrete steps for the development of attractions and facilities. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a 4A approach (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Activities). The data collected consists of both primary and secondary data. Field research results indicate that WEGO currently has no clear plans for developing new tourist attractions or necessary supporting facilities. This highlights the need for attention and strategic action from the management to devise a comprehensive development plan. With appropriate development, it is expected that WEGO can attract more visitors and contribute positively to the local economy and the welfare of the surrounding community. A well-structured development plan will help enhance tourism appeal, facilitate visits, and strengthen WEGO's position as a competitive educational tourism destination in Lamongan Regency.
