Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the empowerment of street vendors (PKL) who were relocated to the PKL Food colony Pamekasan center. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method in order to find out how the empowerment of street vendors (PKL) who were relocated to the PKL Food colony Pamekasan center. The technique of determining informants using the Nonprobability sampling technique. Participatory Observation, Semistructured Interviews and Documentation are data collection techniques used. After the data was collected, it was then validated by comparing various data and analyzed using interactive analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the efforts of the Pamekasan Regency Government regarding empowerment are still very lacking in PKL who were relocated to the PKL Food colony Pamekasan Center. This could happen due to the lack of attention and specific efforts to MSMEs, especially PKL who were relocated to the PKL Food colony Pamekasan Center
