Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Business Strategy on the value of BUMN companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) for the period 2018-2022. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2022. While the sample in this study is a BUMN company that meets the criteria requested by the researcher. The technique used to collect data is a purposive sampling technique with a total of 11 companies. All tests using the SPSS application Keywords: Institutional Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Company Capability, Company Growth Rate, Fixed Asset Intensity, Company Value
