Abstract
Bank Jatim as one of the leading Banks in Indonesia is very concerned about customer satisfaction. This is realized one of them through continuous innovation, both in terms of products and services. The large number of transactions at Bank Jatim causes Tellers to experience excessive workloads, so that Tellers are too busy and easily experience fatigue. This will also affect the performance of the Teller itself. So that in an effort to increase consumer confidence and satisfaction, the workload of Tellers must be optimally optimized. The right method to solve this problem is to use the Full Time Equivalent method. From the results of the workload Teller Counter at PT. Bank Jatim Surabaya, for Teller 1 having a workload of 1.46 stated Overload, Teller 2 has a workload of 1.47 declared Overload, Teller 3 has a workload of 1.48 declared Overload, Teller 4 has a workload of 1.48 declared Overload, Teller 5 has a workload of 1.41 stated Overload, Teller 6 has a workload of 1.29 stated Overload, Teller 7 has a workload of 1.27 declared Normal, Teller 8 has a workload of 1.24 otherwise Normal, Teller 9 has a workload of 1.24, stated Normal, Teller 10 has a workload of 1.23, stated Normal, with a total workload of all Teller of 13,57 and the average value of all Teller of 1.357. The number of morning shift Tellers at PT. Bank Jatim Surabaya, there are 10 Tellers, in order to be optimal, an addition of 2 Tellers is made to 12 Tellers, so the average workload is 1.13 or normal because it is between 1-1.28.
