Abstract
Inventory control is one of the management functions that is very important for determining the level of raw material inventory that must be maintained so that the production process can run smoothly and inventory does not run out of goods or conversely experience excessive inventory.Inventory control aims to obtain raw materials with the right quality, quantity, and time so as to save inventory costs and maximize profits. This research aims to analyze the inventory control raw materials and added value of BIKLA coffee. The research location was chosen purposively. The informants were selected based on certain criteria, namely three informants. The research method used is quantitative using Economics Order Quantity (EOQ) analysis. The results of this research show that based on the Ihyaus Sunnah Al-Hasany Islamic boarding school policy, the purchase of raw materials was 6.087 kg, while using the EOQ method it was 3.798 kg, there was a difference of 2.289 kg. The frequency of purchasing raw materials was previously 48 times a year to 77 times a year. The safety stock that should be carried out by the Ihyaus Sunnah Al-Hasany Islamic boarding school is 4.265, the reorder point is 1.369 kg a month, and the minimum TC is Rp. 62.302.33. The added value obtained from processing BIKLA coffee at the Ihyaus Sunnah Al-Hasany Islamic boarding scholl IDR. 39.511 with a value added ratio of 39.5%. Based on the added value ratio, it can be categorized that the added value of BIKLA coffee processing at the Ihyaus Sunnah Al-Hasany Islamic boarding schoolis in the medium category.
